Europska komisija će u budućnosti od svake članice zahtijevati punionicu za električna vozila na svakih 60 kilometara autocesta
U velikom paketu koji je Europska komisija prezentirala prošle godine nazvanom Fit for 55, države članice obvezale bi se izgraditi mrežu punionica za električne automobile diljem Europe.
Na svakih 60 kilometara duž autocesta gradila bi se stanica za brzo punjenje, a za teški transport na svakih 150 kilometara punionica za vodik. Ova uredba osigurava da u svakoj državi članici postoji dovoljan kapacitet javnog punjenja kako bi se zadovoljile potrebe veće flote automobila s nultom emisijom koja će doći na tržište, najavila je Europska komisija. Što bi to značilo?
Do 2025. trebalo bi biti milijun punionica, a do 2030. 3,5 milijuna. Za punionice uz autoceste do 2025. mora biti dostupno 300 kW po lokaciji – uz najmanje 150 kW, dakle vjerojatno dvije punionice s ovom snagom. Do 2030. godine trebalo bi biti 600 kW po mjesto za punjenje – odnosno četiri punjača s po 150 kW, piše HAK Revija.
No sad Udruga europskih proizvođača automobila kaže da je to premalo i traži 7 milijuna punjača do 2030. godine. Cilj je da električna mobilnost zaživi punim plućima odnosno da javni punjači čine čak 60 posto kapaciteta.

Račun u restoranu bio 2376 €, žena na internetu pitala za savjet oko napojnice
Ogroman račun u restoranu zaintrigirao je internet. Majku djece nekoliko je puta zanimalo: Koliko treba dati napojnicu s takvim iznosima?
Povod je bio nešto vrlo posebno: kćerin 18. rođendan. To je dostojno proslavila obitelj iz Ruhrskog područja. 40 gostiju, zatvoreno društvo – i to košta. Točno 2376 eura, napisala je majka slavljenice na Twitteru – X. Za pomoć se obratila internetu: Koliko treba dati napojnice za toliki iznos?
Broj reakcija je bio ogroman. Zajednica je odgovorila s konkretnim prijedlozima, ali njihov je raspon bio jednako velik kao i originalni račun. Dok neki više vole štedjeti i ne vide zašto bi davali napojnicu, drugi očito nose hlače donacije.
U raspravi je sudjelovala i direktorica informiranja PULS24 i moderatorica Corinna Milborn: “Htjela bih 15 posto. Ali 10 posto je minimum. Ništa nije frustrirajuće za osoblje kada cijelu večer radite za grupu i onda odete kući s napojnicom kao da se radi o stolu za četiri osobe.”
Drugi su komentatori otišli čak i korak više, preporučujući 20 posto. Ovi američki uvjeti bi rođendansku proslavu poskupjeli na oko 3000 eura.
Ni za nju nije bila opcija da ne daje ništa: “Imali smo 5-6 ljudi vezanih uz nas (kuhinja, pult, servis)”, opisuje početnu situaciju. I na kraju su svi gosti napustili restoran siti i zadovoljni.
Mnogi drugi također smatraju da je davanje premale napojnice sramota. Neki navode osobna iskustva sa škrtcima: “Upravo smo imali još jedan događaj za vikend na kojem je račun bio 1.084 eura i onda je plaćeno: “1.090 eura”.
Fotograf i sportaš sa sramom se prisjetio božićnog domjenka tvrtke s jedanaest ljudi: “Račun je bio 370,40 eura. Ovlašteni potpisnik platio je karticom tvrtke 375 eura. 4,60 eura bila je napojnica.” Volio bi da je dao više, uvjeravao je, jer je usluga bila “savršena”.
Na kraju je majka odabrala zlatnu sredinu s napojnicom od 10 posto. “Dala sam 2600 eura”, objavila je svoju odluku. Sve je platila u gotovini u novčanicama od sto eura i zamolila da se pri podjeli stvari uzme u obzir i osoblje u pozadini.
Oštro je odgovorila kritičarima koji su je optuživali za rastrošnost zbog visokog računa. Njeno pitanje posebno pokazuje da ona rijetko mora platiti toliki iznos. I u redu je ponekad slaviti: “Postojao je dobar razlog i ne radimo to svaki dan.”
