58-godišnji Švicarac vozio je preblizu drugom vozilu na autocesti. Sada je osuđen na veliku novčanu kaznu.
58-godišnji vozač u Švicarskoj uložio je žalbu na presudu višeg suda iz prošlog kolovoza. Prema ovoj presudi, on mora platiti kaznu od preko 100.000 franaka – što je ekvivalentno 106.000 eura. Savezni sud je odbio njegovu žalbu.
Čovjek iz Aargaua osuđen je na uvjetnu kaznu od 50 dnevnih stopa od 1970 franaka svaka. To znači da mora platiti iznos veći od 100.000 ako u sljedeće dvije godine počini novo kazneno djelo. Vozač u svakom slučaju mora platiti sudske troškove od 13.000 franaka.
58-godišnjak je 23. ožujka vozio svoj automobil autocestom A1 prema Zürichu. “Policijski video dokazi pokazuju kako vozač prati vozilo ispred sebe na nedovoljnoj udaljenosti”, navodi se u presudi Saveznog suda.

Jedan od najbogatijih Poljaka u rodnom Kikolu, 170 kilometara sjeverozapadno od Varšave, želi podići kip Djevice Marije visok 55 metara. Prema riječima gradonačelnice Renate Golebiewske, gradić je već odobrio gradnju, prenose poljski mediji.
