<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br>Dinamika cijena novog stambenog prostora također je značajno smanjena u odnosu na treće tromjesečje 2022., no u drugom tromjesečju 2023. i dalje je 8,9 posto iznad usporedive vrijednosti prethodne godine.</p>
